Middle Eastern Belly Dance
Belly Dance is for all shapes and sizes, and has many physical benefits such as coordination, isolation, improved posture, as well as strengthening and toning of the core, arms, back, legs, and hips. There are also many mental and emotional benefits including promotion of self-confidence, creativity, and community. Making it a wonderful activity for overall health of the woman's body. Be well, inside and out!
Dawn started dancing in 2010, where she found a passion unlike any other. Her intuitive approach brings forth a style that is engaging and encouraging while creating an environment that is positive, relaxed, and fun!
No dance experience needed. Please wear form-fitting top and comfortable pants or skirt. Shoes not necessary.
