Group Fitness Class Schedule

Unlock the door to greater independence and a healthier life with SilverSneakers®. SilverSneakers® provides a membership to CCMRD if you are eligible.

The SilverSneakers® Fitness program is offered in partnership with some health plans at no additional cost. Each member is entitled to a full membership at the Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation Center.

We now offer Silver&Fit® Exercise and Healthy Aging Program. Health plans offer the Silver&Fit® program to eligible Medicare Advantage/Supplement beneficiaries and group retirees. To see if you are eligible for  SilverSneakers® or Silver&Fit® stop by the Front Desk for more information.
SilverSneakers ® Cardio
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and is alternated with non impact aerobic choreography.

SilverSneakers ® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Turbo Kick
Think you need a sparring partner to reap the benefits of kickboxing? Think again. In every Turbo Kick LIVE class, you’ll incorporate real kickboxing moves with proper form and technique to get totally sculpted. No bags or gloves necessary.

And even though we throw in some intense HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). We promise this workout feels like the ultimate party. From the amped-up music to the incredible energy, you’ll leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything!

Turbo Kick Express & RIP
30 minutes of Turbo Kick (combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn) followed by 50 minutes of RIP (RIP by Group Rx is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked  using weights and bodyweight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group exercise atmosphere).

This class will help you to focus on advancing your yoga practice with greater detail to alignment while focusing on foundational poses. Poses will be held longer with attention to strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Annie Waesche
High intensity, calorie burning, full body workout! For beginner to advanced fitness levels. Interval training: 5-8 stations, 2 minutes at each station. Each station will have beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises. Go at your own pace but EXPECT a high energy atmosphere!

Core Conditioning
Core conditioning is a stretch, and strengthening class that focuses on the muscles of the abdominals and torso to tone and condition the abs, improve lower back pain and help the body to function more efficiently in everyday activities. This class is open to everyone from begingers to the advanced fitness enthusiasts. The class is inspired by yoga and pilates movements to really connect mind and body.

Aqua Zumba ®
Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba® class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water based workout that’s cardio conditioning, body-toning, an most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!

Deep Water Aerobics
Deep Water Aerobics has three different routine workouts through the year concentrating on different muscle groups. Each class we work on balance techniques, stretches, cardiovascular and an entire body workout. This class offers nearly zero impact on your joints, allowing your body a total workout, pain free!

Fish Out of Water
This class is an inspired Silver Sneaker class open to all ages and abilities. We work on strength, flexibility, balance and functions for your day to day activities. In class we use weights, bands, balls and chairs.

Beginner Pilates
The principles of Pilates include breath, concentration, center, control, precision, and flow. Pilates works the entire body with emphasis on the powerhouse (core). During this beginners class we will be concentrating on the breath, strengthening the powerhouse, lengthening, supporting, protecting the body, and flexibility.
